Welcome to Laguna Beach

Where local art and coastal luxury are fundamental.

Nestled halfway between San Diego and Los Angeles, Laguna Beach is the perfect destination for those seeking coastal luxury. Countless natural tide pools, caves, and other natural phenomena make this an ideal place to explore nature’s wonders.

Once known as Lagona, it was renamed Laguna Beach in 1904. It was created to be an art community and coastal resort, with local art its focal point. Well-known for having over seven miles of sublime canyons and coves, Laguna Beach keeps nature and art lovers alike content and engaged.

From minimalist beach homes to colonial dwellings, adobe architecture to contemporary properties, there are diverse options for homeowners. With a suburban feel and the median home costing approximately $2.9 million, this community is well-suited for upscale inhabitants.

Sawdust Art Festival is an annual nonprofit event boasting local artists and showcasing everything from jewelry and ceramics to paintings and mixed media arts. Occurring the first Thursday of every month, First Thursdays Art Walk features artwork from various galleries, as well as food and wine vendors. Catch the Laguna Beach Farmers’ Market every Saturday morning. Featuring over 40 vendors, one would be hard-pressed not to find what they’re looking for.
