What it really feels like to work with The Susan Chase Group

When it came time to sell my father's home in Nellie Gale, our first thought was of Susan Chase as we knew her personally and were not that impressed with the other Realtors we had interviewed. Boy, are we happy we did! Susan was proactive, professional, and creative. She had great ideas about staging and minor touch-ups which we never would have thought of...things that cost little but increased the appeal of the home. She was on top of the process from start to finish and had backup offers in case we needed them. And the marketing and networking strength of Compass Real Estate was phenomenal as well. As it turned out, the home sold and closed very quickly, in what we were concerned was a down market, for over asking price. We cannot recommend Susan Chase of Compass Real Estate highly enough.
